The most recent rendering of the (claimed) perspective from Rhode Island Street. The picture defies laws of geometry. The existing structure at 901 NH is already above the rooftops seen from Rhode Island Street, as seen next.

If 901 NH is already quite large, what will the new structure look like? The dashed line in the next image shows the 900 NH project covers a much wider angle.

Looking south, this image was submitted by project architects at one point, and omitted since to cover it up. The sight-line from Rhode Island Street looks like a 20 story building: twice or more as tall as the bank. The Monster will appear half again as tall as the new 901 New Hampshire (seen in the photo above). Meanwhile, lights of 901 NH (middle of image) already shine into people's houses all the way across Rhode Island Street. How can the new project possibly be displayed below rooftops? The developers don't want people to know how big and tall the actual structure would be.

The Rooftop Palace included in plans for 900 NH. What a great way to add another floor. In their appeal, the developers will ask the City Commissioners to find there's no "prudent and feasible alternatives" to their design.
